Operations & Administration

The Operations and Administrative Team at ECCO has volunteer opportunities that allow you to help behind the scenes, making the work our team completes daily at ECCO possible. 

Building & Grounds Maintenance:

Are you a jack or jill of all trades wanting to make a difference? Support Ecco on an as needed basis with various projects and landscaping needs at our Six Mile campus! This occasional handyman position will be provided with as much notice and flexibility as possible. Please note this position performs in various weather conditions.

Attributes: Ability to bend and lift 25+ lbs, ability to stand for extended periods of time, comfortable volunteering independently

Cleaning and Organizing: 

Do you have an eye for order and a talent for making places sparkle? Bring your skills to ECCO through this on-call position! Although we have a janitorial team, this person would help spruce up spaces prior to tours and organize various materials as needed. Supplies will be provided. 

Attributes: Detail-oriented, cleaning experience, ability to bend and lift 15+ lbs, ability to stand for extended periods of time, comfortable volunteering independently

Special Projects and Mailing Assistance:

Does your career include administrative, HR, or data/project management related roles? Your expertise would be greatly appreciated on a weekly or per diem basis! Apply your skillsets with seasonal or ongoing initiatives alongside our operations & administrative  staff members.

Attributes: Computer proficiency, experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office, detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, communication skills
