Client Services

Who We Are

The Client Navigation team at East Cooper Community Outreach (ECCO) is a group of dedicated, caring professionals who work with individuals and families recommending services that support their social, emotional, and financial well-being. Whether it’s one single service provided or years of walking through financial hardship, our team will work with clients, advocate for them, and help develop a plan focused on navigating through life’s challenges.

What We Do

Volunteers on our Client Services team are on the front lines of serving the community. Opportunities range from working in our Front Office, to Spanish-speaking and translation, to serving on a committee. These volunteers start every interaction with "Welcome to ECCO, how may I help you today" because we never know who is walking through our door - people who need our help, or people who are there to help provide help.

To volunteer in our Client Services area, you must be 18 years or older.
